I provide therapy for women using easy to learn tools to help you fire your inner critic, manage stress, and stop feeling stuck. You’ll learn to regulate your nervous system and confront patterns that may linked to trauma from your past. You will walk away feeling in control of your mind, body, and your reactions.

  • Most of us have experiences in our lives that have had an impact on how our bodies respond to triggers. In therapy we will go through a process to identify things in your past that are causing reactions in the present. I utilize techniques supported by neuroscience such as memory recosolidation and somatic EMDR to get to the root of your issues once and for all.
